Questions

How does the trial work?

Install, open the Parapet tab in Revit and click License → Start free trial. Full product, one trial per computer, no card, nothing converts automatically.

What happens after I pay?

You land on the activation page with your license key (also emailed). Paste it into the License dialog in Revit and click Activate. Ten seconds.

More than one computer?

Each Pro subscription covers 2 computers. Free a seat from Revit or your account page when you change machines.

Does it need internet?

Only to activate and for a check-in every 14 days. Otherwise everything runs offline.

Does one license cover all Revit versions?

Yes - 2020 through 2027, and new releases are added to the same installer.

How do I cancel or switch plans?

Account → Manage billing opens the Stripe customer portal: switch monthly ↔ yearly, update your card, download invoices, or cancel (access continues to the end of the paid period). See refunds.
